We charge per list subscription, not per email. A list subscription is counted each time a contact is added to a list. Many other services charge you per email you send or use a "credits" system. This can become very expensive, especially if you are sending multiple messages per month or per week.

With iContact, you pay a flat monthly fee for a level of subscribers and can email up to six times your subscriber limit each month. As an example, if you have a 10,000 subscriber plan, you can send up to 60,000 emails per month at no additional charge.

We accept all major credit cards as payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card). This card will be billed monthly or annually depending on which contract length you select.

We can also invoice you quarterly or annually and receive payment by check if you prefer. If you choose to pay by check, accounts will not be activated until payment is received. iContact Corporation, our company name, will be what shows up on your credit card statements.

The names that you enter into iContact and those entered by your customers from your website are fully yours. You maintain full ownership at all times.

We have developed a highly secure, 128-bit encryption system housed in a secure data facility protected by a firewall to prevent unauthorized access to the data.

Furthermore, we will NEVER share, give, exchange, sell, rent out, use or copy your lists.
